Snow City

It has been a long time since I've lived through a snowy winter. I have forgotten what it's like to have to climb over piles of plowed snow and to have shoelaces dragged through the schumtz that accumulates on the ground. Regardless, it is wonderful to be back in Bucharest after a few weeks traveling--to Prague (Christmas with my parents) and Budapest (conference).

IKEA

I went to IKEA to pick up a couple things for school starting next week. I decided to eat lunch in the cafe--hot dog and ice cream for less than a dollar. The man in front of my bought 30 hot dogs and piled them all in a shopping back. Kind of crazy!
